Built in 1929
This English Revival cottage was built in 1929. It is L-shape in plan. It has a cross gable, wood shingle roof with a projecting gable porch. Characteristic of this style, the street facing wing and projecting porch exhibit steeply pitched gables with decorative vents. The porch is supported on Doric columns. A narrow, vertically emphasized ribbon of windows are found on the front facade under the porch roof, while the projecting wing wall has a center fixed window with vertically emphasized sidelights. A brick chimney is found on the north gable end wall. Cladding is a narrow novelty siding. There is a rear double garage and guest house which appears to have been constructed at a latter [sic] date. The building is a charming example of its type and retains its integrity of design, materials, workmanship, setting, feeling and association.
