618 F Street
618 F Street
Built in 1913.
A simple rectangular plan bungalow with a full-length square bay on the south facade, it retains its essential bungalow massing and form. However, according to the 1933 assessment record the original porch spanned the full front facade. The porch rail is a preproduction, but appears compatible with the style and period of the house. The house appears to have been modified in a manner very similar to its neighbor at 613 F Street. The original fenestration was either re-used in the enclosed porch or it was refabricated. Although its design has been altered, the house retains its integrity of materials, workmanship, setting, location, feeling and association.
