The Ligget House

Built in 1913, some evidence suggests it was a "mail order", "pre-cut" house assembled on site. (Lofland 1999)

This stucco Craftsman style bungalow was identified in the 1996 historical resources survey. It is one of the oldest houses constructed in the Bower's Addition subdivision (Old North Daivs). It remains an excellent example of its architectural type and appears to be unaltered.
