California Bungalow, 1923

This double gable California Bungalow was constructed in 1923. Rectangular in plan it has a projecting front gable on the north side of the front facade with wide gable overhangs and exposed rafter tails. The gable overhang covers a small cement porch and is supported on 4x6 posts. The porch posts and cement slab appear to be replacements of originals. Fenestration is asymmetrically arranged and consists of one-over-one double hung windows. The building is clad with harrow horizontal novelty siding. The entry door is a replacement. The house retains its integrity of design, materials, workmanship, setting and association.
